About the role#
As an Operations Experience Intern, you will work on projects across internal communications, events, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will help shape how our teams stay connected and informed as the organization grows. You will work closely with the Head of Operations Experience to turn ideas into executed experiences, learning how to balance strategy with daily operations.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of Operations communications by drafting, editing, and designing clear content.
- Plan and create employee experiences for All Hands meetings, events, offsites, and onboarding.
- Organize and improve internal resources and information systems, including digital workplace pages and planning tools.
- Assist with event and program planning from the initial idea through to final execution.
- Conduct research and gather feedback to identify ways to make Operations experiences simpler and more engaging.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least the second year of a bachelor’s degree.
- An interest in communications, business, operations, or organizational design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A sharp eye for design, organization, and content quality.
- Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and judgment when working with senior leaders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship based in South San Francisco, California.
- The term runs during Summer 2027.
- This position is paid at a rate of $34 per hour.
