About the role#
As an Operations Experience Intern, you will work on projects across internal communications, events, onboarding, and employee engagement. You will help build employee experiences, organize internal information, and turn ideas into resources that teams use. You will work closely with the Head of Operations Experience and cross-functional partners to learn how strategy moves from an idea to execution.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of Operations communications by drafting, editing, and designing content.
- Plan and create employee experiences for All Hands, events, offsites, and onboarding.
- Partner on the organization of internal resources and information systems, including digital workplace pages and communication calendars.
- Assist with event and program planning from initial concept through to final execution.
- Conduct research and gather feedback to identify ways to make Operations experiences simpler.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least the second year of a bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail when managing multiple projects.
- Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
- Ability to work on-site in the South San Francisco office 5 days a week.
