About the role#
We are looking for a Housekeeping Office Intern to join our team at the Hilton Chicago. This is a full-time, paid internship that offers hands-on experience in hotel operations. You will work on-site at our location overlooking Grant Park and Lake Michigan.
What you'll do#
- Support daily hotel operations and perform administrative tasks under the guidance of department leaders.
- Assist with supply inventory and maintain the hotel property management system.
- Provide customer service to guests and team members through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborate with management and assist other departments to build a broader understanding of hotel operations.
- Work with colleagues to contribute to a positive and productive environment.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or Psychology.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks and support daily operations.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A collaborative mindset to work with management and team members.
