This is a paid, full-time summer 2026 internship based on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. You will work within the Human Resources department, specifically supporting operations within a corrections environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support the HR team with the management of employee records.
- Conduct research for various HR-related projects.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
