About the role#
This is a full-time, paid HR internship for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site in Oklahoma City to gain practical experience in human resources within a corrections setting.
What you'll do#
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support the HR team with employee records management.
- Conduct research for HR-related projects.
- Help organize employee engagement activities.
- Participate in training and development initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in an environment that requires handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
