About the role#
We are looking for a Student Worker Lead to join our team at California State University, Sacramento State for the summer of 2026. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site. We are seeking students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or Psychology.
What you'll do#
You will guide and supervise a team of student workers to ensure daily tasks run smoothly. Your work includes assisting with administrative duties and providing direct support to faculty and staff. You will also manage schedules, assign projects, and help train new employees.
What you'll need#
Success in this role requires strong communication and leadership abilities. You should have prior experience in customer service and a proven ability to work well within a team. Effective time management skills are also necessary to balance your responsibilities.

This position is located in Sacramento, California. It is an on-site, full-time role for the summer 2026 term. Please note that we do not offer sponsorship for this position.
