About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Student Worker Lead position for the Summer 2026 term. This role is based on-site at California State University, Sacramento State.
What you'll do#
- Lead and supervise a team of student workers.
- Manage daily scheduling and project assignments.
- Provide administrative support to faculty and staff.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or Psychology.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience working within a team.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
