About the role#
This is a paid, full-time Student Worker Lead position for the Summer 2026 term. This role is based on-site at California State University, Sacramento State.
What you'll do#
- Lead and supervise a team of student workers.
- Manage scheduling and project assignments for the team.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Provide direct support to faculty and staff.
- Assist with training new employees.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or Psychology.
- Leadership abilities and experience working in a team.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Previous customer service experience.
