This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity for Summer 2026 within the hospitality industry, focusing on correctional training and development. This role is based on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for correctional staff.
- Conduct research and analysis regarding correctional policies.
- Provide administrative support to the training and development team.
- Participate in meetings and contribute input on training initiatives.
- Support the evaluation of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Criminal Justice.
- Knowledge of correctional systems and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
