About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. You will work on-site in Oklahoma City, OK, supporting the training and development team within the corrections division.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for correctional staff.
- Conduct research and analysis on correctional policies.
- Provide administrative support to the training and development team.
- Participate in meetings and provide input on training initiatives.
- Support the evaluation of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Criminal Justice.
- Knowledge of correctional systems and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
