About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for the 2026 term. You will work on-site at the UNC Stone and Leaf Cafe in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items to customers.
- Manage the cash register and process payments.
- Keep the cafe area clean and organized.
- Assist customers with their orders and answer questions.
- Provide helpful service to everyone who visits the cafe.
What you'll need#
- Prior experience with coffee preparation.
- Strong communication skills.
- A focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well in a busy environment.
- You enjoy working as part of a team.
