About the role#
This summer internship supports the Marketing Manager at West Chester University. You will help manage our dining service programs and engage with the campus community. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site. We are looking for a current student, ideally majoring in Marketing or Business Administration, to join our team for the summer of 2026.
What you'll do#
- Create and manage marketing content across social media, photography, and video.
- Develop promotional materials and graphics using Canva.
- Support meal plan sales initiatives and share information about dining services.
- Perform general office administration tasks.
- Represent dining services by interacting with customers, managers, and parents in a professional manner.
- Balance multiple tasks while working both independently and as part of a team.
What you'll need#
- An interest in sales or marketing.
- Experience with social media, photography, and video production.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of people.
- A self-motivated approach to your work.
- A flexible schedule, as both day and night availability is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical demands, such as lifting, bending, pushing, or standing for extended periods.
