About the role#
AMOREPACIFIC is hiring a full-time Intern to support the Innisfree PR and Influencer Marketing team. You will work from our New York office in a hybrid capacity. This role requires you to have already completed your schooling.
What you'll do#
- Manage multiple assignments while working with the Specialist and Manager to set priorities.
- Handle communication for the general PR email account.
- Organize and manage product inventory in the PR closet using SAP.
- Coordinate product send-outs and mailings, including beauty award submissions and influencer deliveries.
- Execute campaign mailing lists and select creators for PR kits.
- Maintain influencer campaigns daily using Traackr.
- Research and conduct outreach to potential influencer partners.
- Update media lists with contact information for influencers, editors, and makeup artists.
- Source affiliates for Sephora, Amazon, and TikTok Shop.
- Perform competitive research on influencer mailers, activations, and events.
- Generate weekly reports on influencer mentions.
What you'll need#
- Two years of experience in beauty, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- A strong understanding of creators in the beauty and lifestyle space, including current trends on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Interest in building a career in influencer marketing and public relations.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Traackr.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
