Social Media Community & Content Intern

About the role#

AMOREPACIFIC is seeking a Social Media Community & Content Intern to support the innisfree brand. This position provides hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement for a global beauty brand.

What you'll do#

• Brainstorm and create organic content for TikTok and Instagram, including shooting and editing video.
• Develop creative concepts for content series and social-first campaigns.
• Design social assets for Stories, Reels, and Carousels using Canva.
• Monitor and engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and tagged content.
• Interact with creators, influencers, and retail partners to increase brand visibility.
• Curate user-generated content and identify emerging pop culture trends.
• Pull and analyze weekly social media performance reports to provide data-driven insights.
• Maintain and organize closet inventory and fulfill creator product orders.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, public relations, or marketing.
• Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools.
• Strong understanding of the beauty industry and current social media trends.
• Excellent copywriting, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfort appearing on camera for video content.
