About the role#
The Amazon Content Operations Intern supports the management and execution of digital content for Amorepacific brands. You will work on product detail pages, A+ Content modules, and Brand Store assets. This role is for early-career professionals who want to build expertise in eCommerce content strategy, digital merchandising, and customer experience. You will report to the Amazon Content Operations Manager.
What you'll do#
- Manage the upload, publication, and maintenance of imagery and media assets.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and Amazon policies.
- Coordinate with marketing, account management, and agency partners to track project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct quality assurance audits before product launches and seasonal events.
- Analyze SEO performance data and keyword trends using Vendor Central.
- Review customer feedback and search behavior to identify content improvements.
- Prepare performance summaries and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to learn and improve workflow processes.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or Merchandising.
- A strong interest in eCommerce, retail media, or content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience working in team environments, whether through academics or previous internships.
- Previous internship experience is a plus, but not required.
