About the role#
This co-op position is based in New York and supports the global CeraVe team. You will work with the North America Accelerator and partner with the Director of Global Business Development to track brand performance and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a commitment of 36.25 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Monitor global performance trends to help shape the brand's strategic direction.
- Drive monthly market performance reviews and conduct ad hoc analysis.
- Define and maintain consistent category-level price ladders across key regions.
- Map competitor media strategies, sellout performance, and innovations to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate high-impact activation plans across international markets.
- Review post-campaign results to identify what drove impact and share actionable learnings.
- Analyze and monitor worldwide online brand performance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an advanced graduate degree program (Master's).
- A highly analytical mindset with curiosity for data and consumer insights.
- Ability to synthesize complex market data into clear business insights and action plans.
- Experience or interest in spotting trends and monitoring competitor campaigns.
- Majors in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Data Science are preferred.

- The role is located in New York, NY.
- This is a hybrid position requiring three days of in-office presence per week.
- This position is paid, with compensation ranging from $30.00 to $45.00 per hour depending on experience and skill level.
- This is a full-time role.
