About the role#
The L'Oréal USA Summer Internship is a paid, 11-week program for undergraduate students. You will integrate into a team, lead an individual strategic project, and present your findings to senior leadership. This internship offers exposure to beauty market trends and research literature while providing opportunities to work on product development. At the end of the summer, you may be considered for a full-time return offer into the Management Trainee program.
What you'll do#
- Fully integrate into the day-to-day activities of your assigned team.
- Lead an individual strategic project with business impact.
- Develop working relationships with cross-functional teams, labs, and international colleagues.
- Work on creative solutions to product development, performance, and innovation issues.
- Present project insights and findings to senior leadership.
- Gain exposure to beauty market trends and research literature.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related life sciences.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Ability to start full-time employment in September 2028.
- Experience working in a laboratory environment.
- Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
