About the role#
Join the Digital Marketing Analytics team to support daily reporting and the long-term improvement of social media analytics workflows. This role offers hands-on experience with performance analysis, campaign tracking, and social listening, focusing on making reporting processes more efficient and scalable.
What you'll do#
- Support internal reporting for the Social Media team, including competitor analysis and benchmarking.
- Analyze conversation trends, sentiment, buzz volume, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Present findings in visually engaging formats for marketing teams and senior management.
- Review recurring reports to identify duplication and opportunities for process improvement.
- Consolidate reports into reusable templates and document standard metrics and reporting logic.
- Assist in monitoring paid social campaign performance and preparing reporting summaries.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media metrics and a strong interest in performance measurement.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Comfortable documenting logic, workflows, and definitions with a detail-oriented approach.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Python, R, Power BI, or SQL is considered a plus.
- Exposure to dashboarding or analytics tools is considered a plus.
