About the role#
Join the Digital Marketing Analytics team to support daily reporting and improve social media analytics workflows. This internship provides hands-on exposure to performance analysis, campaign tracking, and social listening. You will contribute to making reporting processes more consistent, efficient, and scalable while learning how social media metrics inform business decisions.
What you'll do#
- Support internal reporting for the Social Media team, including competitor analysis and benchmarking.
- Analyze conversation trends, sentiment, buzz volume, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Present findings in visually engaging formats for marketing teams and senior management.
- Review recurring reports to identify duplication and opportunities for improvement.
- Consolidate fragmented reports into reusable templates and document key metrics and reporting logic.
- Assist in monitoring paid social campaign performance and preparing reporting summaries.
- Propose ideas to improve reporting workflows and data delivery.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media metrics and an interest in performance measurement.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Structured, detail-oriented approach to documenting logic and workflows.
- Experience with Python, R, Power BI, or SQL is considered a plus.
- Exposure to reporting, dashboarding, or analytics tools is a plus.
