The Digital Marketing Intern supports the Digital Marketing Department in executing strategic objectives across the integrated resort's business units, including the hotel, retail, dining, and entertainment sectors. This role involves coordinating cross-channel activities and contributing to the planning and day-to-day execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
What you'll do#
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across all channels to meet brand objectives.
- Coordinate campaign launches by working with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines are met.
- Manage non-member communications, including content management, audience segmentation, testing, and deployment.
- Create marketing presentations and reports to update teams on campaign and business performance.
- Analyze campaign results to identify insights and improve future performance.
- Conduct research on audiences, competitors, and marketing technologies to inform campaign strategy.
What you'll need#
- Must be a full-time matriculated student; the internship must contribute to graduation requirements.
- Passion for digital marketing and customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with web analytics tools (GA360/GA4, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns is a plus.
