About the role#
The 2027 Corporate Summer Internship in Marketing offers an opportunity to gain professional experience within a global hospitality company. This full-time, 10-week program runs from June 1, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work on-site in either McLean, Virginia, or Dallas, Texas, to support our marketing teams in attracting customers through storytelling, rewards, and partnerships.
What you'll do#
- Support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention.
- Generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports, presentations, conduct research, and analyze data.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and help develop new ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation showcasing your internship experience and learnings.
What you'll need#
- Ability to commit to a full 10-week program (40 hours per week) on-site in McLean, VA, or Dallas, TX.
- Current status as a sophomore or junior in a post-secondary education program, or having less than one year of professional experience.
- Pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a leadership role within your community or a student-run organization.

- Compensation: Interns in McLean receive $25.00 per hour, and interns in Dallas receive $24.00 per hour. Both locations include a $2,500 one-time stipend.
