About the role#
This is a paid, full-time marketing internship based at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. You will support the property team by managing daily communications and helping with onsite promotional efforts.
What you'll do#
- Maintain regular contact with mall personnel.
- Help coordinate participation and logistics for property promotions.
- Screen questions and requests from tenants, vendors, and the public.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events at the property.
- Work Monday through Friday, with the expectation of occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and FourSquare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with conflict resolution and customer service.
