About the role#
Continental Properties is hiring a Marketing Intern to join the team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This is a part-time position requiring 15 to 20 hours per week. The internship runs from Fall 2026 through Spring 2027, with the potential to continue through Summer 2027. You will work alongside our marketing team and onsite apartment communities to build awareness and drive demand for our properties.
What you'll do#
- Create paid Facebook ads and graphics for organic posts.
- Lead email marketing campaigns to increase apartment tours and leases.
- Assist onsite teams with outreach marketing by creating flyers, graphics, and social media content.
- Audit online assets, including social media pages, community websites, and online reviews.
- Support the team with expense reporting and monthly Google Ads and social media reports.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience with basic content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

- Compensation: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.
