About the role#
This marketing internship is based at Orlando International Premium Outlets. You will support the local management team by acting as a point of contact for mall personnel, tenants, and vendors. This role is a part-time, paid position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Maintain regular communication with mall staff.
- Coordinate participation and logistics for property promotions.
- Screen inquiries from tenants, vendors, and the public.
- Resolve issues and answer questions as they arise.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events at the property.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and FourSquare.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with conflict resolution and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing.
Location & details#
- Location: Orlando, Florida.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: You must be available during business hours Monday through Friday, with the expectation of occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
