About the role#
The IS Project Delivery team is looking for an intern to assist the QA Manager with software testing for major implementation projects. You will support test planning, execution, and defect resolution while learning new software tools to improve project outcomes.
What you'll do#
- Perform software testing and troubleshoot issues.
- Create and update test cases.
- Triage and manage defects while leading defect review meetings.
- Work with IS and business colleagues to test functional requirements.
- Assist with task-level planning for test phases.
What you'll need#
- Prior experience in a medium to large corporate office environment.
- Demonstrated experience working on-site.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with data analysis using MS Excel workbooks.
- Experience using business applications beyond Microsoft Office.
