About the role#
This is a paid, part-time internship based at Wrentham Village Premium Outlets. You will work on-site, primarily during business hours from Monday through Friday. The role requires flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
What you'll do#
- Maintain contact with mall personnel.
- Coordinate efforts and participation during promotions.
- Screen questions and requests from tenants, vendors, and the public.
- Respond to or resolve problems as qualified.
- Assist in coordinating special events at the property.
What you'll need#
- Strong working knowledge of social media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and FourSquare.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and multi-task while showing initiative.
- Capacity to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
