About the role#
The User Experience Design Intern supports our digital marketing and product design teams. You will help create intuitive and user-centered experiences across our digital platforms. This role provides hands-on experience in UX research, interaction design, and collaboration with designers, developers, and analysts.
What you'll do#
- Design web and mobile interfaces that meet brand and accessibility standards.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation.
- Analyze user behavior with tools like Clarity, Firebase, or Google Analytics.
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
- Structure content to improve clarity and user engagement.
- Present your design concepts and research findings to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest in user-centered design and digital experiences.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- A basic understanding of UX research methods and usability principles.
- The ability to communicate design ideas clearly.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.

- Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship.
- The program operates on a rolling basis.
