About the role#
LV Collective is hiring a Marketing & Partnerships Intern for the Rambler Blacksburg property. This role focuses on building and managing our brand ambassador program to increase awareness and drive leasing efforts at Virginia Tech. You will work 15 to 25 hours per week in a hybrid capacity.
What you'll do#
- Recruit, interview, and onboard brand ambassadors.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline and onboarding tasks within HubSpot.
- Plan and host monthly events to keep ambassadors engaged.
- Develop and carry out community engagement strategies with local businesses and university groups.
- Write and distribute monthly newsletters using Canva and HubSpot.
- Coordinate communication with ambassadors through social media, text, and in-person meetings.
- Assist with planning lifestyle photoshoots and property merchandise ideas.
What you'll need#
- You are a current college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar and usage.
- Practical experience with Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and GroupMe.
- Familiarity with CasaPerks or HubSpot is a plus.
Location & details#
- The position is based in Blacksburg, Virginia.
- This is a paid internship at $15 per hour.
- The term runs from Winter 2027 through Fall 2027.
