About the role#
LV Collective is hiring a Marketing & Partnerships Intern for the Rambler Gainesville property. You will lead the brand ambassador program by recruiting influencers on campus and managing community relationships. This role involves project management, event planning, and building brand awareness through student outreach.
What you'll do#
- Identify, recruit, interview, and onboard Brand Ambassadors.
- Administer contracts and manage recruiting follow-ups using HubSpot.
- Plan and execute monthly events for ambassadors.
- Create and distribute a monthly newsletter using Canva and HubSpot.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies with university organizations.
- Coordinate communication with ambassadors through in-person meetings, text, and social media.
- Assist with planning lifestyle photoshoots and property merchandise ideas.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program, specifically in Marketing or Communications.
- Experience using Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and GroupMe.
- Fluency in the English language with a strong grasp of grammar and usage.
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador is a plus.

- Location: Gainesville, Florida.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship at $15 per hour.
- Schedule: Approximately 15 to 25 hours per week.
- Term: Winter 2027 through Fall 2027.
