About the role#
Continental Properties is hiring a HelpDesk Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. You will serve as the first point of contact for technical questions and troubleshooting. Reporting to the Helpdesk Supervisor, you will work on-site at our home office in Menomonee Falls. This position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Respond to first-level Helpdesk requests and provide technical support.
- Communicate with end-users through our ticket management system.
- Setup, configure, and test Windows images on laptops and desktops.
- Configure peripheral equipment for new workstations.
- Assist the IT team with organizational projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or network administration.
- An understanding of Windows and mobile operating systems.
- Prior IT-related work experience in helpdesk or technical support is preferred.

- Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Minimum of 30 hours per week.
