About the role#
This internship provides training and assistance with communication functions that support marketing efforts, customer needs, and team efficiency. You will handle tasks related to event coordination and advertising content while gaining experience in the agricultural cooperative sector.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate exhibit and activity details for various events.
- Support internal staff events, including the annual Winter Conference.
- Manage pre-event communications, process registrations, and coordinate logistics with event locations.
- Compose reports and correspondence.
- Write content for a variety of advertising products.
- Represent the company professionally at events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Marketing or Communications degree program at a 4-year university.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in planning, organization, problem-solving, and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to travel independently, including overnight stays when necessary.

- This is a paid, full-time internship located in Jefferson, Wisconsin.
- The role follows a rolling term and requires on-site attendance.
