About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience with energy products, delivery logistics, and sales territory management. You will work under the supervision of the Location Manager or Energy Sales Manager to help sustain and grow a profitable sales territory. This is a full-time, paid summer 2026 position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the sales and delivery of energy products to key customer accounts.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, industry representatives, and employees.
- Conduct marketing research and analysis to support departmental projects.
- Customize and produce advertising and sales support materials, such as direct mailers and presentations.
- Project a positive, professional image in all interactions.
- Perform basic maintenance on company vehicles.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Marketing, Communications, or Agriculture degree program at a 4-year university.
- Standing as at least a second-semester junior or first-semester senior.
- Demonstrated business knowledge and collaboration skills.
- Ability to participate in all required training programs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat endorsement.
- Ability to acquire and maintain an Energy Management Specialist (EMS) certification.
- A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.

- Note: You must be willing to work hours beyond a standard schedule. The role involves frequent exposure to extreme weather and occasional exposure to dust, fumes, or chemicals.
