About the role#
This is a two-year rotational program for students interested in a career in Human Resources. You will gain experience across multiple HR departments, including Learning and Leadership Development, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity and Inclusion, Associate Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partner roles. The program is designed to build foundational business acumen and prepare you for future leadership roles within the company.
What you'll do#
- Complete three separate rotational roles while working on high-performing teams.
- Lead strategic projects within each rotation to drive measurable impact.
- Use data to support organizational change and innovation.
- Build relationships with peer and executive leadership mentors.
- Participate in professional development and social events to foster community within your cohort.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Management, Education, Leadership Development, Business Analytics, Humanities, Communications, or a related field, to be obtained by May 2027.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Previous internship experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
