About the role#
The Technology Development Program is a two-year cohort designed to prepare early-career engineers for roles within our organization. You will join our Technology Solutions team to support insurance business transformation while receiving embedded support and mentorship to grow your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Work across engineering teams to ensure a frictionless experience for our customers.
- Deliver technology products and services in a high-growth environment.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot applications to enhance customer experience and business efficiency.
- Participate in scrum meetings and give presentations to your team.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Electrical Engineering, expected by May 2027.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Advanced coursework and hands-on experience with at least one modern language like Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and core computer science concepts.
- Hands-on experience with user requirements, web applications, coding reviews, and code quality.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2026.
- This position is based on-site in either Bethesda, Maryland, or Palo Alto, California.
