About the role#
The Analyst Development Program within the CFO organization is a two-year rotational track for future graduates. You will join a cohort with structured support and development to build your business acumen. The program aims to prepare analysts for leadership paths through cross-functional exposure and hands-on experience in financial and operational roles.
What you'll do#
- Complete three separate analyst rotations over two years.
- Gain exposure to financial planning, risk management, internal audit, treasury, and financial systems.
- Analyze business results, strategies, and plans to influence GEICO's financial performance.
- Build technical knowledge of financial systems and data integration.
- Drive innovation in financial processing and business transformation.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related analytical or FinTech major, to be obtained by May 2027.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Demonstrated interest in finance through internships, student organizations, or relevant coursework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Technical aptitude and a desire to learn financial systems such as Workday Financials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2026.
- Roles are based in Bethesda, MD, New York City, NY, or Chicago, IL.
- This position requires a hybrid work schedule with at least three days per week in the office.
