About the role#
This internship offers a 10-week rotational program supporting MSI and LeaseTrack. You will work across different operational functions to learn how insurance programs are administered and supported. This role is designed for students interested in business operations, process improvement, and the insurance industry.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various operational functions to understand how MSI and LeaseTrack programs operate.
- Review, assess, and help improve existing training programs, guides, and internal process documentation.
- Analyze operational reports, workflows, and records to support business decisions.
- Observe cross-functional meetings to learn about process coordination and implementation.
- Prepare operational status reports and other documentation for management.
- Support project coordination, technology implementations, and process-improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program focused on business management, operations, economics, risk management, or a related field.
- Interest in business operations, process improvement, and the insurance industry.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different levels of the organization.
- Capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet access and a suitable remote work setup.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
