About the role#
The Baldwin Group is hiring an Operations Intern for our MSI and LeaseTrack programs. This is a 10-week remote, paid internship program for Summer 2026. You will rotate through various operational functions to learn how our programs are administered and gain experience in business process improvement. This role is open to students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Operations Management, Finance, or Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Review and improve existing training programs, guides, and internal process documentation.
- Rotate across operational functions to understand how MSI and LeaseTrack programs operate.
- Analyze operational reports, workflows, and records to see how business decisions are made.
- Observe cross-functional meetings to learn about process coordination and team ownership.
- Prepare operational status reports and documentation for management.
- Support project coordination and technology implementation initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college program focused on business management, operations, economics, risk management, or a related field.
- Interest in business operations, process improvement, and the insurance industry.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with people at various levels of the organization.
- Reliable internet access and a suitable remote work setup.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

- This position is fully remote within the United States.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
