About the role#
The HR Programs & Associate Experience Intern supports the Associate Services team by working on special projects, communications, and internal reporting. A key focus of this role is coordinating the 2027 Summer Internship Program. You will work under leadership supervision to ensure a positive experience for interns while contributing to broader HR initiatives and team effectiveness.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate the 2027 Summer Internship Program, including planning, scheduling, and executing events.
- Partner with interns, managers, and business leaders to support program engagement.
- Track program milestones, attendance, and feedback.
- Create and update presentations, communications, and resources for Associates.
- Maintain knowledge articles and job aids.
- Analyze data to prepare reports and summaries.
- Explore ways to use AI tools to improve team processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate various activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Interest in HR, program management, or business operations.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based in Carmel, Indiana.
- You must be available to start on May 10, 2027, with no flexibility on this date.
- You are required to work on-site in Carmel for your first week and must work from the office at least one day per week for the remainder of the summer.
