About the role#
CNO Financial Group is hiring a Reporting Analyst Intern to join our Consumer Finance team. You will work alongside experienced associates to assist with daily departmental tasks. This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Participate in requirements elicitation meetings.
- Document requirements using various techniques.
- Collaborate with business and development teams.
- Triage testing defects related to requirements.
- Contribute to project status meetings.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Communications.
- Status as a rising junior or rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
- Foundational analytical, critical-thinking, and reasoning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and facilitation abilities.
- Self-motivation and effective time management skills.
Location & details#
- This role is fully remote within the United States.
- You must be willing to work during Central or Eastern Time business hours.
- Occasional travel to corporate offices may be required.
- The internship program runs from May 17, 2027, through August 06, 2027.
- Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. We do not provide work visa sponsorship for this position.
