About the role#
This is a student worker position focused on maintaining a clean and orderly environment at Regis College. You will support the facility by following established safety procedures and ensuring client standards are met.
What you'll do#
- Clean assigned areas to meet company and client standards.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and manage the storage and disposal of trash.
- Report maintenance concerns through work order requests.
- Secure the facility by locking and unlocking buildings as required.
- Protect company assets and follow safety regulations, including OSHA guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Ability to perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of items weighing more than 50 lbs.
- Capability to handle physical demands such as bending, extended walking, and standing.
- Understanding of basic safety procedures regarding physical risks and hazardous chemicals.
- Previous custodial experience is preferred.
- Willingness to wear a uniform or use Personal Protective Equipment as required.
