About the role#

What you'll do#
- Prepare and assemble food items following standardized recipes and directions.
- Set up, break down, clean, and sanitize workstations including prep tables, service counters, and hot wells.
- Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs.
- Replenish food items to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Properly store food according to established standards.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and provide excellent customer service to guests, clients, and coworkers.
- Ensure the security of company assets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, with preference for majors in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition, or Public Health.
- Ability to obtain or possess a food safety certification.
- Demonstrated guest service skills.
- Previous food service experience is preferred.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing.
- Willingness to wear uniforms or use personal protective equipment as required.
