About the role#
This paid summer internship program offers hands-on experience in finance functions such as planning, analytics, budget and expense management, and controllership. You will work closely with finance professionals to build your skills and professional network. The program includes mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, and social events. Successful interns may receive offers for the full-time Finance and Accounting Rotational Leadership program.
What you'll do#
- Attend training classes focused on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and industry concepts.
- Participate in weekly seminars covering finance functions and the organization.
- Engage in public speaking workshops and deliver a formal presentation at the end of the summer.
- Collaborate with a mentor who is a full-time finance employee.
- Attend fireside group chats and events with senior leadership.
- Complete assigned special projects.
- Take part in team-building activities and social networking events with peers and full-time staff.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising senior in a Bachelor’s degree program or enrollment in a Graduate program.
- Preferred majors include Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Business Administration.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with generative AI.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- An analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a focus on teamwork.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
