About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship within the Group Benefit Solutions Strategy, Solutions & Marketing (SS&M) organization. You will gain hands-on experience by supporting marketing initiatives that engage key audiences and advance business priorities. You will work alongside the Marketing team and cross-functional partners to see how marketing programs move from planning through execution.
What you'll do#
- Support integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives from planning through execution.
- Assist with the development of marketing content and communications across a variety of channels.
- Contribute to digital marketing initiatives, including website and social media content.
- Work with the Marketing Analytics team to review campaign and channel performance.
- Conduct research and help gather insights to inform marketing strategies and programs.
- Help coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising junior pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with marketing, communications, social media, or content creation.
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Location & details#
- This role is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
- The work modality is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
