About the role#
As a Customer Experience Intern, you act as a bridge between the Tulane student body and Tulane Hospitality. You will work alongside the Customer Experience Manager to turn feedback into action and support various dining initiatives on campus.
What you'll do#
- Support the Student Dining Advisory Council.
- Set up and staff information tables across campus.
- Create and host dining events.
- Survey students and analyze the resulting data.
- Handle general office tasks and assist the Customer Experience Manager with daily projects.
- Provide samples at dining locations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at Tulane University with sophomore standing or higher.
- Ability to work 10-20 hours per week.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow university policies and maintain a consistent schedule.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, Sociology, Human Resources, Public Health, or Civil Engineering.
