This is a paid, full-time student worker position for the Summer 2026 term. The role involves supporting food service and catering operations on-site at the University of Delaware.
What you'll do#
- Assist with food preparation and service tasks.
- Set up and break down equipment and supplies for catering events.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food service areas.
- Restock supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide customer service to guests and staff.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate program, with preference for majors in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or Nutrition.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Understanding of food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a demanding, high-volume environment.
