About the role#
The Student Dietetic Intern provides cleaning and maintenance services to ensure a safe and orderly environment. This role focuses on facility upkeep and adherence to safety standards to maintain client satisfaction.
What you'll do#
- Clean assigned areas according to company and client standards.
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure the safety and health of others.
- Follow established procedures for the storage and disposal of trash.
- Report maintenance concerns by submitting work order requests to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to provide a secure working environment.
What you'll need#
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing.
- Capacity to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing more than 50 lbs.
- Willingness to follow safety precautions related to physical risks and the use of hazardous chemicals.
- Ability to wear required uniforms or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Previous custodial experience is preferred.
- Enrollment in Nutrition, Public Health, or Health Administration programs.
