About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2026 located in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Concessions Supervisor Intern will support the daily operations of concessions stands at the University of Nebraska.
What you'll do#
- Supervise the daily operations of concessions stands.
- Manage staff scheduling and assign daily tasks.
- Train and evaluate concession staff members.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Experience in food service or concessions operations.
- Familiarity with inventory control and cash handling procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
