About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. You will gain hands-on experience in hospitality management by overseeing the daily operations of concessions stands.
What you'll do#
- Supervise the daily operations of concessions stands.
- Manage staff scheduling and assignments.
- Train and evaluate concession staff.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management.
- Experience in food service or concessions operations.
- Familiarity with inventory control and cash handling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
