About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. You will work on-site in Lincoln, Nebraska, to support our concessions operations at the University of Nebraska.
What you'll do#
You will manage the daily operations of our concessions stands. Your responsibilities include scheduling and assigning staff, as well as training and evaluating team members. You will also assist with inventory management and supply ordering while ensuring the stands follow all health and safety regulations.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or Operations Management. You should have previous experience in food service or concessions. Strong leadership and communication skills are required. You must be comfortable with inventory control and cash handling. This role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
