About the role#
This student worker position supports food service and catering operations on campus. It is an on-site, paid role open to students pursuing degrees such as Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Health Administration.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and assemble food items following standardized recipes and instructions.
- Store food properly according to safety standards.
- Set up, break down, clean, and sanitize workstations including prep tables and service counters.
- Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating their needs.
- Replenish food items and maintain stock levels.
- Adhere to safety policies and ensure the security of company assets.
What you'll need#
- Previous food service experience is preferred.
- You must have or be willing to acquire a food safety certification.
- Strong guest service skills and a positive demeanor.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing or walking.
