About the role#
This is a paid, on-site student worker position for Summer 2026. This role supports food service and catering operations at the University of Tennessee.
What you'll do#
- Assist in food preparation and service tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide customer service to patrons.
- Support catering events as required.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student at the University of Tennessee.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Availability to work shifts during evenings and weekends.
- Majors in Nutrition, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration are preferred.
