About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2026 term. You will work on-site in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. We welcome students from various academic backgrounds, including Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Civil Engineering, Nursing, Public Health, and Psychology.
What you'll do#
- Prepare and build food items following standardized recipes.
- Store food properly according to established safety standards.
- Set up, clean, and sanitize workstations like prep tables and service counters.
- Serve food to customers and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Replenish food items and keep products stocked.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation policies.
- Ensure the security of company assets.
What you'll need#
- Previous food service experience is preferred.
- You must have or be willing to acquire a food safety certification.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing.
- Willingness to wear a uniform or Personal Protective Equipment if required.
