About the role#
This internship position is for a Concessions Supervisor at the University of Nebraska. It is a paid, part-time role based on-site in Lincoln, Nebraska, for the Summer 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Supervise concession staff during events.
- Manage inventory and supplies for the concessions area.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Train new staff members.
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in customer service.
