About the role#
This is a paid, on-site internship for Summer 2026 based in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role focuses on overseeing concessions operations at the University of Nebraska.
What you'll do#
- Supervise concessions staff during events.
- Manage inventory levels and necessary supplies.
- Train incoming staff members on operational procedures.
- Ensure all concessions activities comply with food safety regulations.
- Provide direct customer service to patrons.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Marketing.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Ability to manage inventory and financial tasks.
- Capability to perform duties in a high-volume setting.
