About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for the 2026 term. You will work on-site in Sacramento, California, supporting nutrition initiatives within a hospitality setting.
What you'll do#
You will assist the team with nutrition education programs and dietary assessments. Your work includes conducting literature reviews and preparing materials for upcoming workshops.
What you'll need#
We are looking for students pursuing degrees in Nutrition, Public Health, or Kinesiology. You should have a solid grasp of nutrition principles and be comfortable working in a team environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are important for this role. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office to handle daily tasks.

This position is located in Sacramento, California. It is a full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2026. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
