Missions Communications & Marketing (Student Worker)

About the role#

Lipscomb Missions is seeking a student worker to support communications and marketing efforts. This role focuses on building momentum for missions through visual storytelling, marketing, and event support. You will work closely with the team to communicate the mission's impact to stakeholders.

What you'll do#

• Develop and maintain the Lipscomb Missions social media presence.
• Create flyers and recruitment campaigns.
• Produce video content, including team stories, recruitment materials, fundraising videos, and interviews.
• Capture photos and videos during events.
• Maintain and organize the Missions Media folder.
• Collaborate on branded products such as team t-shirts and stickers.
• Design prayer calendars for donors.
• Attend and support missions events, trainings, and Giving Day.
• Hold office hours in the Missions Center for at least two hours per week and meet weekly with the team.
• Potentially travel with a mission team as a storyteller or videographer.

What you'll need#

• Must be a current student in good standing with the student body.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Photography and videography experience is preferred.
• Prior missions experience is preferred.
