Lipscomb Academy is seeking Admissions Student Ambassadors for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position is open to students majoring in Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing. Ambassadors serve as the representatives of the university, working closely with admissions staff to recruit prospective students and showcase the campus experience.
What you'll do#
- Partner with admissions staff to communicate university opportunities and services to prospective students.
- Assist with administrative tasks and office processing.
- Conduct campus tours and serve as the initial point of contact for visitors.
- Support recruitment efforts through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Participate in admissions-hosted events, including Accepted Student Events and Lipscomb Fridays.
- Maintain records of prospective student interactions.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking ability.
- A positive, energetic, and goal-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Strong time management skills and professional reliability.
- Passion for Lipscomb University and a comfort level in sharing the university story with others.

- Location: Nashville, Tennessee.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Fall 2027.
- Compensation: This is a paid position; Federal Work Study eligibility may apply.
- Mandatory Training: Selected ambassadors are required to be on campus for training from August 9-16, 2027, and must be available for Quest Week events from August 11-16.
