About the role#
Lipscomb Academy is seeking Admissions Student Ambassadors for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role involves recruiting prospective students to Lipscomb University by partnering with admissions staff to communicate the university experience. Ambassadors serve as the face of the student body and assist with various recruitment and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Recruit prospective students and communicate university opportunities, services, and history.
- Assist with office processing and administrative needs.
- Showcase the campus to prospective students and their families through guided tours.
- Support admissions-hosted events, including Accepted Student Events and other recruitment activities.
- Engage with prospective students through various communication channels, including phone calls, email, and mail correspondence.
- Record engagement activities in the university database system.
What you'll need#
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
- Strong time management skills and reliability.
- Ability to comfortably share the Lipscomb University story with prospective students.
- Majors in Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing are preferred.
