About the role#
This part-time Sustainability Engagement Coop position supports the Office of Sustainability. You will assist with internal communications, data tracking, employee engagement, and research related to environmental sustainability. You will receive guidance and mentoring from team members as you complete your assignments.
What you'll do#
- Create and update communication toolkits for the global sustainability employee impact community.
- Manage content on SharePoint and Viva Engage to highlight sustainability initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track data and project insights.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for training sessions and workshops.
- Collaborate with employees across various global locations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time graduate student in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work with attention to detail.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for future sponsorship.

- Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, 20+ hours per week.
- Terms: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, and Fall 2027.
